Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Company Director to oversee the company’s overall business operations and drive sustainable growth. The role will focus on strategic planning, business expansion, client relationship management, operational performance and team leadership. The successful candidate should have practical experience in developing new business opportunities, managing key clients and leading teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement short-, medium- and long-term business strategies and growth plans.
Identify and develop new markets, business opportunities, potential clients and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners, understand their requirements and develop opportunities for long-term cooperation.
Lead and manage the team, set performance objectives and provide guidance to improve productivity and overall business performance.
Oversee daily business operations and improve internal processes, operational efficiency and cost control.
Monitor business performance, budgets, cash flow, expenses and overall P&L.
Analyse market trends, customer needs and business performance to identify opportunities for further growth.
Represent the company in key client meetings, business negotiations and external collaborations.
Ensure business activities comply with applicable Singapore regulations and internal company policies.
Job Requirements
Relevant Diploma/Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Proven experience in business management, business development and client relationship management.
Strong experience in developing new business opportunities and expanding customer or partner networks.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate and develop a team.
Good commercial awareness with experience in budgeting, cost control and business performance management.
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, make business decisions and manage multiple priorities.
