We are looking for an experienced SAP / Spare Parts Operations Executive to support regional operations across Asia Pacific.

This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in SAP/ERP, material master data, spare parts management, pricing and operational reporting who enjoys working with data, systems and regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support regional business systems including CRM, SAP S/4 / ERP, e-library and internal databases
• Maintain material master and spare parts information in SAP, including creation, activation, changes and discontinuation of materials
• Manage and maintain spare parts pricing and price lists, including new and obsolete parts
• Review monthly spare parts movement, inventory and replenishment reports
• Analyse data to identify opportunities to improve fill rate, parts availability and just-in-time replenishment
• Generate and analyse operational reports to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
• Support continuous improvement of spare parts management processes across APAC affiliates
• Work closely with regional stakeholders and different business functions on system and operational requirements
• Support CRM/database administration and regional projects
• Participate in other improvement projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline
• Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP systems; SAP S/4 experience is advantageous
• Experience in spare parts, material master, inventory, service parts, pricing or supply chain operations will be highly advantageous
• Strong Excel and reporting/data analysis skills
• Comfortable working with large amounts of system and operational data
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with regional stakeholders
• Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage
