Accounting & Operations Executive (Full-Set Accounts)

We are looking for a sharp, detail-driven Accounting & Operations Executive to join our small team. You'll look after the accounts for a group of companies, including investment holding entities, and get hands-on exposure to the full finance cycle, with guidance along the way.

This role suits someone who doesn't take numbers at face value. You check the details, ask "why," and dig until the answer is clear. A background in audit, internal controls, an accounting firm, or credit control/AP in a well-controlled environment is a strong advantage.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Accounts

- Handle the full set of accounts for multiple entities: AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, accruals and month-end and year-end closing

- Prepare quarterly GST returns and support corporate tax filings (Form C/C-S), or we can teach you.

- Make salary payments and CPF submissions (we can teach you how to handle IR8A)

- Reconcile bank and investment statements and follow up on discrepancies

- Act as the main point of contact for external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries

- Review and improve internal controls, approval workflows and documentation

Operations

- Process payments and track recurring expenses, insurance renewals and other administrative matters for the group and the Director

- Support company administration, vendor management and compliance filings

- Improve processes and make good use of cloud accounting tools

- Handle confidential information with discretion

- Assist in other business operations matters

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Diploma or degree in Accountancy or equivalent

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with full-set accounts

- Experience in any of the following is a strong advantage:

 – External audit

 – Internal audit or internal controls

 – An accounting firm handling full-set accounts for multiple clients

 – Credit control or accounts payable in a company with strong approval and payment controls

- Working knowledge of GST and Singapore tax and CPF requirements

- Experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online or other cloud accounting software is a plus

- Meticulous and great with numbers

- Curious and inquisitive: you spot things that don't look right and raise them

WHAT WE OFFER

- Salary: SGD 3,300 – 3,750/month, commensurate with experience
