Sales Administrator – Job Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to encourage purchases and repeat orders.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or packages.
• Handle order processing, including confirming orders, updating customer details, and coordinating with the operations/logistics team.
• Assist customers throughout the buying process and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and follow-up status in the system (e.g., Google Sheets / CRM).
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Support marketing campaigns by executing follow-ups from leads generated (ads, database, etc.).

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is a plus.
• Confident in chatting and communicating with customers (text & calls).
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM systems).
• Good discipline in follow-up and task management.
• Positive attitude, fast learner, and willing to improve.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
