1. Responsible and accountable for achieving performance targets, including sales revenue, collection, and profit, for assigned accounts within the designated coverage area.

2. Plan, manage, and review personal sales performance, work to expand market coverage, and ensure timely collection of payments.

3. Maintain and develop strong rapport with customers and suppliers to foster long-term business relationships.

4. Handle customer feedback, and after-sales service professionally.

5. Follow up on sales orders, delivery, collection, and inquiries, ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external parties within the required timeline.

6. Response promptly on inquiries or issues raised by the sales support team related to order processing, delivery, or follow-up matters.

7. Comply with company rules, regulations, SOPs, and policies at all times.

8. Ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of all necessary documents and reports.

9. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

10. Attend sales meetings and ad-hoc meetings as required by Management.

11. Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct Manager or authorized personnel from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
