About the role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive,operational, and discreet personal support to the Chairman. If you are anatural organizer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings aproactive, "get-things-done" attitude, we welcome your application.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation, and visa applications.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and execution of tasks.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document management and confidentiality.
Oversee household management (supplies, repairs, maintenance, and errands) and coordinate daily schedules with domestic helpers and drivers.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Chairman.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial, or related field.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a PersonalAssistant, preferably in a family office setting.
Strongorganizational, multitasking, problem-solving, coordination,and time-management skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
