Key Responsibilities
Originate, structure, and execute financing transactions across Southeast Asia, including acquisition finance, syndicated loans, project finance, and other bespoke funding solutions.
Advise clients on capital structure optimization, refinancing strategies, and funding alternatives.
Develop and review financial models, cash flow projections, and scenario analyses to assess transaction viability and risk.
Conduct credit, financial, and industry analysis to support deal execution and investment recommendations.
Prepare client presentations, transaction materials, and internal approval papers.
Monitor market developments, industry trends, and client performance to identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with coverage, risk, legal, and product teams, as well as external advisors and investors, throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
Min 6 years of experience in Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, or Capital Markets.
Strong financial modelling, credit analysis, and corporate finance knowledge.
Solid understanding of debt products, financing structures, and transaction execution processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple live transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience covering Southeast Asia and executing cross-border transactions is advantageous.
