Strong in recruitment but ready for broader HR ownership?

We're hiring a Senior HR Executive (HR Generalist) for a growing Malaysian FMCG brand based at Menara MBMR, Kuala Lumpur.

This role is especially suited to an HR professional with a proven track record in recruitment, particularly white-collar hiring, who is also ready to take on broader people-related responsibilities.

What you'll be doing

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Source and build candidate pipelines for current and upcoming positions
• Drive recruitment progress and provide regular hiring updates
• Support manpower planning as the company continues to grow

Culture & Employee Engagement

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and team initiatives
• Gather employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve employee experience
• Promote positive communication and collaboration across the organisation

HR Operations & Benefits

• Manage employee benefits, welfare programmes and related HR matters
• Handle employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits and procedures
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Support improvements to HR processes

Performance Management

• Coordinate employee performance reviews and KPI tracking
• Work with PIC on performance evaluations
• Maintain performance records and follow up on required actions

Employer Branding

• Drive the development of Employer Branding initiatives
• Contribute to recruitment and employee-related content
• Explore platforms and activities to strengthen candidate awareness and engagement

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
• Has a proven track record in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Has experience handling predominantly white-collar and blue collar hiring
• Has exposure to employee engagement, culture, benefits and performance management
• Can hands on to the responsibilities early
• Can multitask and manage competing priorities
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Is flexible, adaptable and willing to learn Is proactive, resourceful and not overly rigid in their approach
• Can work independently and take ownership
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Employer Branding / recruitment marketing / social media content experience is an added advantage
