Role: Project Manager – APAC RCSC

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Headcount: 1

Working Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9AM to 6PM

Contract Duration: 12 months (might extend depending on the project progress)

Salary Budget: Up to approximately RM16,500 per month (Based on experience + skills)

Key Focus: Managing project execution, timelines, cross-stream integration, and wave rollouts for the APAC RCSC multi-year roadmap across 15+ affiliates.

Core Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience in medical diagnostics, life sciences, or customer service center setups is an advantage.

Organization: Global Customer Support Project & Change Management As the Project Manager for the APAC RCSC initiative, you will support the Program Leads in driving the operational execution of the APAC RCSC multi-year roadmap across 15+ affiliates and frontier markets. Operating within company’s two-tier project leadership framework—where the Program Lead owns overall program strategy and accountability—you will manage the structure, timelines, cross-stream integration, and execution deliverables to ensure a smooth transition to the Kuala Lumpur Hub.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Governance Support

Support the Program Leads in managing day-to-day execution, ensuring project streams deliver on time, within scope, and in alignment with program objectives.

Maintain the master project plan, tracking wave rollouts (Wave 1 through Wave 4), critical milestones, cross-dependencies, and risks.

Establish and facilitate project cadence meetings, action tracking, status reporting, and decision logs across all governance tiers.

2. Multi-Stream & Affiliate Coordination

Serve as an execution focal point coordinating workstream activities across Process & Technology, L1/L1.5 Support, Back Office, Quality & Regulatory, Finance, and Solutions & Infrastructure.

Coordinate with Affiliate Transition Leads to monitor local readiness, site cutover tasks, shadowing/reverse-shadowing activities, and hypercare execution.

Drive alignment between technical infrastructure rollouts (e.g., CCaaS Genesys, REXIS CRM, AI tools) and operational wave deployment schedules.

3. Deliverables, Quality & Transition Monitoring

Track project Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Success (DoS) criteria to ensure formal sign-offs prior to transitioning countries to Business As Usual (BAU).

Assist in monitoring financial setup, resource tracking, and operational KPI reporting in collaboration with stream leads.

Proactively identify bottlenecks, escalate critical risks to the Program Leads, and implement mitigation actions.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, ideally in service operations, IT/infrastructure integration, or operational transformations.

Certifications: Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) is strongly preferred.

Industry Context: Experience in medical diagnostics, life sciences, or customer service center setups is advantageous.

Skills:

Rigorous organization and structured project execution capabilities.

High proficiency in project management software, roadmap tracking tools, and risk management frameworks.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively interface with cross-functional leaders, technical SMEs, and country teams across APAC.

Fluent in spoken and written English.
