Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Risk Analyst to assess credit risk, analyze financial information, and support sound credit decisions. The successful candidate will work closely with credit, finance, risk, and business teams to monitor portfolios and identify potential risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and relevant customer information.
• Assess credit applications and recommend appropriate credit decisions.
• Monitor credit portfolios and identify emerging risk indicators.
• Conduct financial and credit risk analysis using relevant data and models.
• Prepare credit assessment reports and risk recommendations.
• Review credit limits, exposures, and portfolio performance.
• Support credit policy and risk-management initiatives.
• Investigate unusual credit trends and escalate material concerns.
• Maintain accurate credit records and documentation.
• Prepare regular risk reports and analysis for management.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in credit risk, financial analysis, banking, or risk management is preferred.
• Strong financial and numerical analysis skills.
• Good understanding of credit risk principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
