We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content and support the promotion of our training courses and programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Plan and create engaging posts, reels, videos, stories and promotional content
Develop content for course promotions, trainer profiles, learner activities and events.
Manage the social media content calendar and posting schedule.
Create basic graphics, photography and short-form videos.
Support digital marketing campaigns and lead generation.
Monitor social media engagement, enquiries and campaign performance.
Work with the Academy and Operations teams to ensure course information is accurate.
Stay updated on social media trends and identify new content opportunities.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media or related fields.
2-5 years of social media or digital marketing experience preferred.
Experience in the education, training or service industry is an advantage.
Good copywriting and content creation skills.
Familiar with Canva and video editing.
Creative, proactive and organised.
