Job description

• Handle partial of Accounts with monthly bank reconciliation, ensure proper entry of invoices

• Provide HR support and administration which including recruitment, leave record

• Coordinate and submit applications for government grants related to training and workforce development

• Any other duties assigned by the Manager in Charge

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Accounting or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in related field, Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Working knowledge and experience of MYOB or similar ERP product is preferred
• Self-driven with high levels of integrity, excellence and teamwork.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, working under pressure and to meet strict reporting deadlines
• Demonstrates teamwork and collaborate approach to work

Key selling points

• 5 days' work week (Mon to Fri: 0900hrs to 1730hrs)
