YOUR ROLE

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Head of Sector Luxury – APAC, the Regional Key Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Luxury customers across Asia Pacific.

You will act as the key regional link between our customers and CEVA’s country, product and operational teams across Air, Ocean, Contract Logistics and Ground & Rail. You’ll lead regional account planning and customer governance, coordinate service performance and escalations, and identify opportunities to grow CEVA’s relationship across products and markets.

This is a highly visible regional role suited to an experienced Key Account Manager who can combine strong commercial judgement with a practical understanding of freight forwarding and Contract Logistics. Direct Luxury sector experience is advantageous, but not essential.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

• Manage and develop strategic customer relationships across Asia Pacific, acting as the primary regional point of contact.
• Lead regional account planning, governance and Quarterly Business Reviews in partnership with Global and National Key Account teams.
• Identify and progress opportunities to grow revenue and expand CEVA’s share of wallet across Air, Ocean, Contract Logistics and Ground & Rail.
• Coordinate across country, Product and operational teams to deliver agreed service outcomes, resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and provide visibility of key priorities, risks and opportunities to CEVA leadership.
• Partner with Product teams to develop competitive, customer-specific logistics solutions and support regional tenders, RFQs and commercial processes.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity information within CEVA’s CRM systems and monitor key commercial measures, including customer receivables.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate has strong experience in Key Account Management, strategic account management or commercial customer management within logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain, together with a sound understanding of Air and Ocean freight forwarding and Contract Logistics. You’ll be experienced in managing complex customer relationships and influencing stakeholders across multiple teams, countries and levels of seniority.

You will also have:

• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with account growth, tenders, RFQs and customer business reviews.
• Regional APAC or multi-country experience; alternatively, you may be a high-performing country-level Key Account Manager ready to step into a broader regional role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with a proactive approach and sense of urgency.
• The confidence to communicate and influence stakeholders from operational level through to senior management and C-suite.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Experience in Luxury, Consumer, Retail or another high-service customer sector, and relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline, will be advantageous.
