Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates across various industries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers.

Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates.

Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer management.

Conduct reference checks and support salary negotiations.

Prepare candidate profiles and coordinate interviews.

Develop new business opportunities through business development, networking, and client outreach.

Build and manage your own client and candidate portfolio.

Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database.

For senior and leadership hires, mentor junior consultants, support team performance, and contribute to business growth and team development.

Requirements

Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

Experienced recruiters with a proven track record in billing, client development, or team leadership may be considered for Senior Consultant, Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or Manager positions.

Certified Employment Intermediaries (CEI) certification is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

Able to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
