The incumbent shall be developed into a competent hospital management executive with the knowledge and leadership skills to progressively assume responsibility for the overall clinical, operational,administrative, quality and business management of a private hospital

Responsibilities:

Hospital Operations - Monitor daily operations of wards, emergency dept., OT, ICU, clinics and support services, monitor bed occupancy, patient flow, admissions, discharges and length of stay, identify operational issues and recommend improvements.

Finance & Business Management - Develop working knowledge of Hospital P&L, budgeting, revenue and cost control; moitor department performance and productivity, identify opportunities to improve revenue and reduce unnecessary expenditure.

Quality, Risk & Compliance - Participate in quality improvement, clinical audit and patient safety programs, assist in regulatory compliance, review patient complaints, incidents and corrective actions.

Human Resource & Leadership - Understand manpower planning , staffing and productivity, work with HR on staff performance, engagement and retention; develop leadership, communication and conflict - resolution skills

Doctors & Business Development - Build effective working relationships with doctors and specialists, assist in developing clinical services and healthcare packages, monior utilisation of beds, OT, clinics, and diagnostic services, participate in marketing and business development initiatives.

Management Development

The candidate shall have structured exposure to Hospital Operations, Finance, HR, Quality and Risk Management, Doctors Management, Business Development and Strategic Planning, with progressively greater management responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

MBBs or equivalent recognised medical qualification, registered with the MMC and with valid APC.

Preferably 2-3 years of clinical experience

Strong communication, analytical and leadership potential with demonstrated interest in healthcare management and business

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
