Job Description:
Assistant Manager
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Take charge of the outlet during the Restaurant Manager's absence.
Supervise both service and kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Deliver excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain service standards.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Monitor inventory, food quality, labour costs, and daily sales performance.
Prepare staff schedules and assist with attendance, payroll, and administrative records.
Restaurant Manager
Lead the overall management of the restaurant and ensure smooth daily operations.
Drive sales growth while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Monitor business performance, control operating costs, and maximise profitability.
Plan staffing requirements and oversee team scheduling.
Develop, coach, and motivate the management and restaurant team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational procedures.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
Support marketing activities and implement initiatives to improve customer experience.
Job Requirement:
Preferable Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in fast-food industry.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Able to work weekends, evenings and public holiday
