Scope :

Design, build, and optimize enterprise network platforms that support Mastercard global infrastructure. Drive platform modernization, automation, reliability improvements, and operational efficiencies while partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and operations teams. Expertise with Network Configuration for Switching (Arista, Cisco), Firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto), etc.

Responsibilities :

· Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, Data Center, and Cloud network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and scalability.

· Develop and evolve network platform architectures to support business growth, digital transformation, and emerging technology requirements.

· Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for network architecture, technology roadmaps, infrastructure upgrades, and platform standardization.

· Translate business and technical requirements into scalable network solutions, producing high-quality low-level designs (LLDs), implementation plans, and deployment documentation.

· Lead network engineering projects including platform deployments, migrations, modernization initiatives, technology refreshes, and infrastructure transformations.

· Act as a technical lead and subject matter expert for advanced routing, switching, and network security solutions across global environments.

· Collaborate with architecture, security, cloud, operations, and managed service teams to deliver integrated and resilient network solutions.

· Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including architecture diagrams, standards, operational procedures, design specifications, and configuration templates.

· Evaluate and implement emerging networking technologies to improve performance, agility, security, and operational excellence.

· Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, governance requirements, and regulatory obligations through the adoption of industry best practices.

Key Technical Skills:

· Expertise with Network Configuration for Switching (Arista, Cisco), Firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto), etc.

· Strong expertise in enterprise networking technologies across Campus LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud, and Hybrid Network environments.

· Deep knowledge of routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP, as well as MPLS, Internet edge, and carrier WAN services.

· Strong experience in designing and implementing Data Center network architectures, including spine-leaf and high-availability designs.

· Cisco CCNP certification required; CCIE certification preferred.
