Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an all-encompassing educational and counseling plan methods of teaching and mentoring
• Foster equal opportunity practices and encourage students’ participation
• Pay attention to cultural or societal differences in dealing with the students
• Conduct group or individual counseling sessions to assist students with problems or concerns
• Evaluate the progress of students and reinforce the sense of accomplishment
• Involve with Alumni and industrial partner in preparing the students for the job readiness
• Organize student activities or events that will be improve students employability
• Prepare and present reviews on progress

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Counselling or related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail, integrity & professionalism
• Ability to work well in a team and individual
• Fresh graduate is consider for this role
• Registered Counsellor is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
