About the Role - 6 months contract with opportunity for full time conversion

We're looking for an Events Sales Executive to join the RCX Group Events team. This isn't about hard selling. We're looking for someone who can listen, understand what customers need, recommend the right solution and follow through professionally.

Responsibilities

• Connect with corporate, private and social event customers
• Respond to enquiries and recommend event packages
• Conduct venue tours and meet potential clients
• Prepare proposals and quotations
• Build relationships and generate repeat/referral business
• Work closely with our Events & Operations teams
• Learn the commercial side of F&B and hospitality events

Qualifications

You may come from sales, hospitality, customer service, events, hotels, restaurants, venues or another customer-facing environment.

Required Skills

• Friendly and confident with customers
• Consistent with follow-ups
• Organised and responsible
• Comfortable communicating by phone, WhatsApp, email and face-to-face
• Interested in sales, events and creating great customer experiences
• Keen to learn and improve

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: RM4,000 – RM4,500 + sales incentives
