About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to create user-centered designs that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and analyze user behavior, needs, and pain points
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Design responsive web and mobile interfaces with a strong focus on usability
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience
  • Ensure consistency in branding and visual design across products
  • Stay updated on design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or related role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance user needs with business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing SaaS, mobile apps, or enterprise platforms
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Knowledge of user research methodologies and analytics tools
  • Motion design or interaction design experience is a plus
