Logistics ExecutiveJob Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including shipment, delivery, and inventory control
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (e.g. DO, invoice)
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies
• Ensure proper documentation and filing for audit and reporting purposes
• Work closely with internal departments (sales, procurement, account)

• Job Requirements
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in logistics or supply chain role
• Good communication skills,
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
