About the role

The Customer Support Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, billing reconciliation and exceptional customer service. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating special order requests and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of Special Requests (SR) and customer orders.
• Respond to, investigate and resolve customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain clear, courteous and effective communication with customers through phone, email and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, operational logs, and reporting documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to provide effective solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
• Work closely with operational teams to fulfill customers' special requirements and requests.
• Handle incoming calls and customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, ensuring all customer emails receive appropriate responses and follow-up actions.
• Perform sales billing reconciliation and ensure data accuracy within company systems.

About you

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer concerns and propose effective solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm, professional and resilient under pressure with the ability to work independently while demonstrating accountability and ownership.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and reconciliation tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (including Pivot Tables), Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM, order management or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and billing reconciliation.
• Willingness to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
