APAC FP&A Analyst - US MNC

Our client is a well-established global organization looking to hire an APAC FP&A Analyst to join their Singapore team. This role will support the financial planning and analysis of regional facilities across APAC, with exposure to forecasting, management reporting, business partnering, process improvement, and regional projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own financial planning and analysis for APAC Facilities, partnering with regional teams to consolidate, forecast, and review project spend, headcount, depreciation, allocations, and operating expenses.
• Lead monthly forecasting and quarterly close activities, including project spend tracking, expense reconciliation, accrual reviews, balance sheet analysis, and variance explanations.
• Develop and enhance monthly and quarterly management reporting to improve business visibility, accountability, and decision-making.
• Improve forecast accuracy, reporting efficiency, data quality, and financial controls while establishing scalable finance best practices.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to regional stakeholders, translating financial data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis, business cases, regional projects, financial systems adoption, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following traits:

• Background in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong financial analysis, modelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, Workday, or similar financial systems would be advantageous.
• Self-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex deliverables independently.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity, balancing multiple priorities, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills across functions, seniority levels, and geographies.
• Confident in challenging assumptions, providing financial insights, and influencing business decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player with strong ownership, integrity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
