Job Title

Onshore IT System / Business Analyst

Role Summary

The IT System/Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and ICT teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, manage system enhancements, support Agile project delivery, and drive testing activities to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into business requirement specifications and process flows.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Manage product backlogs and support Agile delivery activities.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and ICT teams on maintenance and enhancement initiatives.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.
• Track, manage, and resolve defects through to closure.
• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and expectations.
• Support project coordination, resource tracking, change requests, documentation, and reporting.
• Provide regular status updates on project progress, testing, enhancements, and operational issues.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, process improvement, and testing.
• Experience working in Agile and SDLC environments.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Tricentis Tosca or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively with business users, vendors, and technical teams.

• Agile project delivery and product backlog management.
• Test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Business process modelling and workflow design.
• Documentation of requirements, use cases, flowcharts, and logical diagrams.
• Project coordination and governance support.
• Automation testing and regression testing experience.
