• Key Account Management: Handle assigned key accounts, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Origin Coordination: Liaise with the origin network to ensure smooth shipment execution and timely updates.
• Shipment Monitoring: Track shipment progress proactively and keep customers informed of status, delays, or issues.
• Carrier Liaison: Communicate with shipping carriers regarding notices of arrival and documentation requirements.
• eDO Release Management: Arrange payments to carriers for electronic Delivery Order (eDO) release.
• Customs Clearance Coordination: Provide customs instructions to the clearance team and monitor clearance status closely.
• Transport Coordination: Issue transport instructions to the transport team for timely delivery arrangements.
• Billing & Cost Control: Prepare customer billing, ensure accurate cost accruals in the system, and maintain financial compliance.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
