- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment where circumstances can change quickly
What we're looking for: - 8+ years of strong PA / EA experience, ideally supporting a CEO, Founder, C-suite executive, entrepreneur or high-profile individual
- Experience in a founder-led, entrepreneurial, family office, UHNW or similarly high-touch environment is highly advantageous
- Strong exposure to international travel, cross-border coordination and complex personal logistics
- Highly proactive and action-oriented, with the ability to take ownership and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in fast-moving or unexpected situations
- Mature and discreet when handling sensitive personal, financial and business matters
- Excellent and polished English communication skills, with flexibility to manage changing priorities and occasional urgent requests
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity when supporting personal and family matters
If you're already operating as a senior PA/EA and are looking for a role where your judgment, initiative and ability to anticipate truly matter, we'd like to hear from you!
