Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales & Marketing Executive to support our contract Pharmaceuticals manufacturing, export sales and e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders and follow-ups.
• Manage contract manufacturing projects from enquiry to delivery and payment.
• Support local and overseas customers on sales, orders, documentation and shipment arrangements.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, R&D, Finance, Warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Liaise with customers on product specifications, pricing, packaging, lead time and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Manage e-commerce platforms, product listings, pricing, inventory and online promotions.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Production for timely replenishment.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and provide regular sales updates.
• Handle customer and operational issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners.
• Support sales growth, customer service and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

Good communication, coordination and customer service skills.

Strong follow-up and organisational skills.

Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

Experience in sales, export, contract manufacturing or e-commerce will be an advantage.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
