• Reviewing project specifications and client requirements to understand the scope of work.
• Collaborating with various department and vendors in identifying solutions and prepare technical and commercial proposals according to the specification and requirements.
• Determine customer requirement and expectations in order to recommend optimistic solution.
• To prepare compliance/deviation list and necessary documents for tender submission.
• Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities, and obtain factored/sub-supplier costs where necessary. Cost analysis and estimating.
• Recognize and understand the client’s needs, make suggestions for possible solutions, and quickly develop budgetary numbers.
• Maintain a sales and marketing focus in all proposals-related activity and in contacts with stakeholders.
• Participating in post-bid reviews to gather feedback and improve future proposal strategies and processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
