Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram.
• Create engaging content plans, campaigns, and storytelling strategies tailored to the Malaysia market.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social media channels.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and market developments to identify new content opportunities.
• Collaborate with Ads, SEO, and Design teams to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Analyze key performance metrics, including engagement, reach, CTR, and conversions.
• Optimize content and social media strategies based on performance data and audience insights.
• Manage community engagement, including comments, messages, and direct interactions.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends and platform developments relevant to the Malaysia market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Social Media, Branding, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and audience engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-engagement content and effective social media campaigns.
• Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience behavior.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret social media performance metrics.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Relevant experience aligned with the applied position.
