Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional business change and transformation projects from initiation through to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and key deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across different countries, functions and business units.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, budgets and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to management.
• Develop and coordinate training programmes and materials to support project implementation.
• Work with subject matter experts and business teams to identify training needs and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities to facilitate successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure project outcomes are aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure project documentation, governance and reporting are maintained to a high standard.
• Manage project risks and issues, escalating key matters where appropriate.
• Support post-implementation reviews and track benefits realisation.
• Provide guidance and support to project team members and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
