Role Summary
Responsible for end-to-end supply chain planning and operations in Malaysia, covering order fulfilment, inventory management, S&OP, warehouse operations, and third-party warehouse/toller management. Ensures customer requirements, supply chain KPIs, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP, demand planning, inventory planning, and order fulfilment to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, surplus and obsolete inventory.
• Manage 3PL and toller performance, including EHS/compliance, costs, quality, audits, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local requirements covering customs, import/export, chemicals, labelling, DG storage, and waste disposal.
• Drive supply chain performance against KPIs such as OTC, logistics costs, and inventory.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, PSI, and other functions on business objectives, NPI, and special projects.
• Promote safety, compliance, operational excellence, and sustainable supply chain practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in inventory planning, logistics, or distribution; chemicals or water treatment experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of local chemical-related regulations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, resourceful, and able to manage priorities effectively.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
