Job Description

· Manage the overall business, with full accountability for company’s P&L, business planning, financial performance and achievement of business objectives

· Lead sales and business development activities to achieve revenue, volume and profitability targets, while developing key customer and strategic relationships

· Oversee the after-sales and operational functions to ensure service quality, operational efficiency and profitability

· Act as the key liaison with the overseas business partners and maintain strong relationships with key customers and other strategic stakeholders to support business and operational objectives

· Ensure high standards of workplace safety and health, regulatory compliance and operational risk management

· Undertake other strategic initiatives and responsibilities as assigned by the Management

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related discipline

· Min. 10 years of relevant automotive or operations experience is preferred, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience

· Strong understanding of heavy vehicles systems and automotive operations

· Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
