• Provide desktop and end-user support for Windows devices, Microsoft Office applications, printers, and peripherals.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure minimal downtime across servers and endpoints.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Manage network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPN connectivity, and remote access solutions for office and operational sites.
• Maintain Active Directory environments, including user provisioning, access management, and group policies.
• Implement and enhance cybersecurity measures such as MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Perform routine system administration tasks including patch management, backup, recovery, and maintenance activities.
• Support Microsoft 365 migration, deployment, and tenant administration projects.

Requirements on skills ad experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint support.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
