Job Summary

Manage comprehensive HR functions to support organizational growth and compliance. Lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, training, performance management, and offboarding while ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and providing administrative support to management.

Responsibilities

Lead recruitment processes to attract and onboard qualified talent efficiently

Administer payroll and leave management to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation and benefits

Maintain and update employee records and company policies to support operational integrity

Coordinate compliance with statutory requirements including CPF, IRAS submissions, employment regulations, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities

Deliver training and performance management initiatives to enhance employee development and organizational effectiveness

Manage offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and compliance

Provide administrative support including budgeting assistance, reporting, and handling ad hoc management requests

Organize multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent

At least 5 years of experience managing full spectrum of HR and Administration responsibilities

Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, employment regulations, and government compliance matters, including CPF, IRAS, and MOM requirements

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
