SALES ADMIN / CUSTOMER SERVICE

WAYNE GADGET; Mobile Phone Repair & Service Centre

We are looking for a responsible, friendly and customer-oriented person to join our team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, calls & social media
• Attend to walk-in customers and provide good customer service
• Process customer orders and follow up when required
• Manage stock orders with suppliers
• Record and update daily sales
• Prepare basic sales reports
• Assist with daily sales & administrative tasks
• Assist in handling phone repair enquiries and basic technical-related customer questions

REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Basic knowledge or experience in mobile phone repair/technical matters is an added advantage
• Candidates with experience in a mobile phone shop, repair centre or related industry are encouraged to apply
• Willing to learn about mobile phone models, common problems, spare parts and repair services

SALARY & BENEFITS

RM1,700 – RM2,000++

KWSP & SOCSO

Commission (once confirmed)

WORKING HOURS

Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday: Off
