The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor to join our Cafe team. This is a working supervisor role you will be on the floor alongside the team, making drinks, preparing food, and serving customers, while taking ownership of the store’s back-end operations.

What You’ll Do

• Operations: Work the shifts as a core team member (order taking, food/drink prep, cleaning).
• Rostering: Plan and manage the weekly staff schedule to ensure full coverage.
• Inventory: Conduct weekly stock counts and submit accurate reports to HQ.
• Finance: Perform the weekly cash deposit via CDM (1x per week).
• KPI Management: Drive store performance in sales, labour cost control, and upselling.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced in F&B or retail (supervisory experience is a plus, but we will train the right attitude).
• A natural leader who leads by example and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
• Organized and numerate—comfortable with scheduling, stock counts, and basic reporting.
• Reliable and punctual; you take pride in keeping the store running smoothly.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
