Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction drawings, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and project specifications.
• Manage tendering activities for main contractor scope of works.
• Invite quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, evaluate submissions, and prepare tender comparison & reports.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims for both main contracts and subcontractors.
• Assess, negotiate, and manage Variation Orders (VOs).
• Prepare, monitor, and finalize project final accounts.
• Assist in cost control, budgeting, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all contractual documentation is properly maintained and updated.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, BQ preparation, and contract specifications.
• Experience in tendering, subcontractor procurement, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Prior working experience with a main contractor or contractor firm is preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
