At Moxy, first impressions matter. We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and energetic Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor (Public Area) to lead our Housekeeping Crew in maintaining clean, welcoming, and vibrant public spaces that create memorable guest experiences.

As a Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor, you'll oversee the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, coordinate daily housekeeping operations, and support the development of the Housekeeping team. You'll ensure brand standards are met while creating an environment where both guests and Crew feel comfortable and cared for.

What You'll Do

• Supervise the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, pool areas, back-of-house spaces, and hotel surroundings.
• Conduct inspections to ensure Marriott and Moxy cleanliness standards are consistently achieved.
• Coordinate daily activities with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry teams.
• Monitor maintenance issues, safety concerns, and cleanliness deficiencies, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
• Prepare work assignments, update operational changes, and communicate key information during shift handovers.
• Support room discrepancy resolution and operational coordination when required.
• Assist with training, coaching, motivating, and developing Housekeeping Crew members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality assurance standards.
• Complete daily reports, inspections, and departmental documentation accurately.
• Lead by example and create a positive, guest-focused culture within the team.
