Big Fat Smile Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to join our team. If you're an HR generalist who enjoys taking ownership, solving people-related challenges and improving HR processes—not just handling administration—we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Coordinate training, employee development and talent initiatives.
• Support workforce and succession planning.
• Manage HR operations including HRIS, attendance, leave and payroll-related updates.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, employee development and PIP follow-ups.
• Manage compensation, benefits and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies and procedures.
• Analyse key HR metrics and trends and recommend improvements.
• Improve HR processes, systems and workflows.
• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Guide and support junior HR team members.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
• Experience handling employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Able to independently manage multiple HR responsibilities.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and lean environment.
• Experience with HRIS
