- Managed the installation and commissioning of production and utility systems covering raw material and product mixing, UHT sterilization, filling, packaging, and plant utilities.
- Coordinated engineering activities throughout the approximately two-year installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up period, working across multiple technical disciplines and production areas.
- Developed and implemented preventive and corrective maintenance systems to improve equipment reliability, availability, and production continuity.
- Led engineering teams in troubleshooting production equipment, utilities, and process systems, ensuring timely resolution of breakdowns and technical issues.
- Supported factory start-up by establishing maintenance procedures, spare-parts requirements, technical documentation, equipment standards, and engineering work processes.
