Marketing Executive cum Content Creator

Hyleen Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Marketing Executive cum Content Creator to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, social media, content creation, and digital marketing, and who can turn ideas into engaging content that strengthens Hyleen’s brand presence.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging TikTok videos, Reels, Stories, product videos, campaign content, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts, content ideas, scripts, captions, and storyboards for social media.
• Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, Instagram trends, fashion trends, and social media developments.
• Produce photo and video content for new collections, product launches, promotions, campaigns, and events.
• Assist with product photoshoots, fashion shoots, live sessions, and other content production activities.
• Work closely with the design, sales, retail, and management teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with Hyleen’s brand direction.
• Manage and maintain Hyleen’s social media content calendar and posting schedule.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and other relevant metrics.
• Prepare simple reports and provide insights to improve future content and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and activations.
• Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, models, photographers, videographers, and other creative partners when required.
• Ensure all content reflects Hyleen’s brand identity, aesthetic, and target audience.
• Perform other marketing and content-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media trends.
• Creative, proactive, and able to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
• Strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, branding, and digital content.
• Good eye for visual aesthetics, composition, styling, and branding.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera or assisting in video content production.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively in a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Willing to participate in photoshoots, events, campaigns, and content production when required.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.

Skills & Tools

Experience with the following will be an added advantage:

• CapCut
• Canva
• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro
• Basic photography and videography
• Video editing and short-form content creation
• Social media analytics and insights
• Content planning and copywriting

• You naturally know what’s trending on TikTok and Instagram
• You enjoy creating short-form videos and experimenting with new content formats.
• You have experience managing a personal or brand social media account.
• You have a strong portfolio of TikTok, Reels, photography, or creative content.
• You understand how to create content that is both aesthetic and engaging.
• You have experience working with fashion brands, e-commerce, retail, or lifestyle brands.
• You’re comfortable being the face of the brand for certain content.
