POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible to verify and to provide Outpatient Guarantee Letter issuance, claims assessment on top up Guarantee Letter issuance, and to attend to client / insurer / members / panel providers enquiries.

• Responsible to issue Health Screening / Long Tem Medication guarantee letter for the clients / members.
• Position requires on a rotational shift schedule.

DIMENSIONS OF ROLE

• Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy of the guaranteed letter to the members / insurers or clients.
• Task Management: To achieve the TAT as per the agreed in SLA.
• Communication: Working effectively in a team & communicating clearly to members / insurer or clients.
• Claim Management: Ensure the accuracy of the claim adjudication in top up visit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timely, quality and accuracy of Guarantee Letter issuance on cashless cases and medical claims assessment according to stipulated guidelines and procedures. This shall include ability to recommend for approval / rejection of outpatient claims and to work with Medical Team on specific cases.
• Ensure member, insurer or client’s enquiry on claim assessment is being attended to in a timely manner.
• To perform other general office and administrative work as necessary to the functions of the department / company.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
