Position: Senior Retail Assistant
Job Duties
Operate cashier and handle payments accurately
Refill, arrange and display products on shelves
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
Assist customers with enquiries and provide good customer service
Support and guide Retail Assistants in daily duties
Ensure store cleanliness and proper product presentation
Assist supervisors with daily store operations
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management
Job Requirements
Relevant retail experience preferred
Responsible, reliable and able to work independently
Good customer service and communication skills
Able to carry and handle stocks
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Able to support and guide junior team members
Basic communication and reading skills
Able to work 6 days per week
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
