Job Description:

Responsible for performing electrical maintenance activities to ensure production machinery and equipment operate safely and efficiently. The role supports preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, machine inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives through Sonoco Performance System (SPS), while maintaining compliance with workplace safety standards and operational requirements.

Education/Academic background:

• Certificate, Diploma or Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3/4 in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Electrical Technology or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Fresh Diploma graduates with strong industrial training experience may also be considered

Personal trait:

• A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and has a high concern for safety
• Works well in a team environment and able to work under challenging situations
• Able to work with minimal supervision and at times independently
