Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers to ensure timely billing
• Monitor incoming payments and follow up with customers to secure payment completion
• Prepare rental agreements and organise all related documents for easy retrieval and compliance
• Document vehicle handover and takeover processes precisely to maintain clear records
• Maintain comprehensive records of rental transactions and vehicle documentation for audit and reference
• Provide administrative support to facilitate smooth day-to-day rental operations
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and advise on rental-related matters to enhance customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding booking details, vehicle collection, and return arrangements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in administrative roles or vehicle rental operations is advantageous but not mandatory
• Local Polytechnic Diploma preferred

Working Conditions

• 6-day work week
• 8 hours per day / 44 hours per week
• Working hours: 9.30am – 6:30pm
• 3 Month Probation: Work every Saturday during probation; after probation, Saturday duty will be rotational
