How You’ll Make an Impact

Own the Email Engine

• Plan, build, and deploy newsletters, product announcements, promotional campaigns, and re-engagement flows.
• Set cadence, creative approach, and campaign calendar within brand guidelines.

Craft Compelling Copy

• Write clear, engaging, conversion-focused email content tailored to fintech and prop trading audiences.
• Optimize subject lines, preview text, CTAs, and layouts through A/B testing.

Design & Deliver Templates

• Own the email template system, ensuring mobile responsiveness, brand consistency, and rendering across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail.

Segment & Automate

• Manage subscriber database: segmentation, list hygiene, suppression lists, GDPR compliance.
• Build and optimize automated workflows (welcome sequences, onboarding, behavioural triggers) using HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign.

Analyze & Optimize Performance

• Report on KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe, bounce, revenue attribution).
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for campaign and automation improvements.

Stay Ahead of the Curve

• Keep current on email marketing best practices, anti-spam regulations, and deliverability standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

What You Bring

Must Have

• 2–3 years of hands-on email marketing or automation experience.
• Proven track record of independently owning campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong copywriting and template-building skills with attention to mobile responsiveness and brand consistency.
• Familiarity with segmentation, targeting, and subscriber lifecycle management.
• Basic understanding of deliverability concepts (sender reputation, bounce management, authentication protocols).
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis using Google Analytics or platform-native dashboards.

Strong Plus

• Exposure to fintech, prop trading, or financial services industry.
• Certifications such as HubSpot Email Marketing, Mailchimp Academy, or Google Analytics.
• Experience with platforms like CleverTap, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or ActiveCampaign.
