JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist Production Supervisor in coordinating the production lines (sections) in executing production activities according to the production planning.
• Liaises closely with Sales Coordinator and Delivery Coordinator on the progress status of Work Orders and meeting the delivery schedule according to the Delivery Planning.
• Feedback abnormal production conditions (bottleneck) to Production Supervisor for immediate intervention.
• To ensure all completed production activities in various production sections are updated in the CHYPRE Shop Floor module.
• To assist Production Supervisor in monitoring production efficiency, productivity and in meeting all Production Department's quality objectives
• To assist Production Supervisor in inculcate good housekeeping habits and maintain discipline on production floor.
• Coordinate on-the-job training for all new workers on machine operation instructions.
