This is a full-time role based in our Singapore office.

GERMS Digital is looking for a Tech Project Manager to lead the delivery of websites, digital platforms and technology projects. You’ll connect clients, creatives and developers—turning business needs into clear requirements and keeping projects on track from brief to launch.

What you’ll do

• Manage technology projects from discovery and scoping through design, development, testing, launch and handover.
• Translate client objectives into clear project briefs, functional requirements, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource plans, identifying dependencies and delivery risks early.
• Coordinate UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams and external partners to keep work aligned and progressing.
• Lead project meetings, track actions and communicate progress clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage scope changes, assess their impact on cost and timelines, and secure approval before proceeding.
• Coordinate quality assurance and user acceptance testing, ensuring issues are resolved against agreed requirements.
• Oversee launch readiness, deployment coordination, documentation, training and post-launch support.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, security and data privacy requirements are addressed with the relevant specialists.
• Improve project workflows and introduce practical tools that help the team deliver more effectively.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience managing website builds or digital technology projects, ideally within an agency or digital consultancy.
• A track record of delivering projects within agreed scope, timelines and budgets.
• A working understanding of UI/UX, front-end and back-end development, CMS platforms, APIs, integrations and hosting.
• The ability to discuss technical requirements with developers and explain implications clearly to clients.
• Strong planning, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional delivery methods, with the judgement to choose what suits the project.
• A practical approach to resolving issues, managing competing priorities and following through on commitments.

Bonus skills

• Experience with e-commerce, CRM integrations, analytics implementation or ongoing website maintenance.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and automation.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, estimates and statements of work.
