Kerja Sepenuh Masa CONTRACTS MANAGER, Gaji tinggi SGD 4,800 di HO SIN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quantity Surveyor (QS) team, including project profit & loss, and client engagement

• To establish team objective and motivate / develop QS to achieve the team objective

• Provide accurate, transparent and on-time reporting

• Identify and recommend appropriate commercial strategy, awareness and delivery of opportunity, including variations and entitlements

• Responsible to setup, implement and monitor project cost plan.

• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering/Building/Construction Management or equivalent

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the construction industry

• Familiar with contract/construction law, including tender requirements, contract conditions, methods of contracting, value contract works and claims experience

• Meticulous, strong in numeracy and contract & commercial acumen

• Excellent team spirit, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude

• Strong business acumen with strong analytical skills

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
