The Role

Own the development and deployment of process technology and capability across multiple manufacturing sites. Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and owning process engineering excellence standards across oils and fats refining, with hands-on support for complex technical challenges
• Deploying structured process tools - root cause problem solving, control optimisation, and loss analysis - embedded into daily site routines
• Driving a staged deployment approach from pilot through to multi-site scale and sustained adoption
• Integrating process data with digital teams to move sites from reactive firefighting to proactive performance
• Building a sustainable internal process expert network through structured coaching, capability pathways, and governance standards

What We're Looking For

A technically credible, operationally experienced leader who can bridge engineering, operations, and digital transformation. You'll bring:

• Expert knowledge of palm oil or oils and fats processing or continuous process manufacturing
• Proven experience in process troubleshooting, plant optimisation, and complex problem solving
• A track record leading cross-site or multi-plant initiatives with measurable operational outcomes
• The ability to translate technical expertise into operational improvements and influence site leadership
• Experience across matrix organisations spanning engineering, operations, and digital functions
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent; NEBOSH or equivalent preferred
